Summary

Torisle Point is the only town on its island, whose turtle-men inhabitants believe they live on the back of the Great Turtle. The town combines a Great Turtle shrine, underwater docks, and Pact barracks where Shandra explained the Pact’s duties and passed the party a scepter conch. The site became the starting point for the Sahuagin and Kiendra crisis when the Sahuagin were found with Kiendra’s stolen conch, one of only eight, amid pirate and Excellence threats.
