The Basilisk

Summary

The Basilisk is a recurring contact and one of the five members of The Hand, working alongside Wrath/Kolin, a black dragonborn, and an unnamed tabaxi member. He receives the party’s messages, mobilizes contacts and possible mage or guild support, and provides intelligence during the Baytail Accord, Lady Thorpe, prison, and regional-crisis threads. He warned the party away from a dangerous box containing a flesh-crafting wand, coordinated with Lady Katherine Cole, and later worked with the Peridot Queen while keeping his own Hand role and interests partly concealed.
