Trixus

Summary

Trixus is one of Attabre’s sphinx children, Benu and Bynx’s brother, and an elemental of light associated with the tabaxi. He is described as a protector of the city, the fifth of his kind, and a creator of Brass City, where he helped the tabaxi become industrious and proactive. Attabre placed him in a Slumber version of Imprisonment in Ashkelon; after his release, Trixus was later found behind another Barrier with his brothers and Bynx. He may be able to restore removed memories or emotions, but the relationship between his sphinx and elemental identities remains unresolved.

Known Details

  • On day-42, the goat-headed sphinx prisoner was identified as Trixus, an elemental of light and Benu’s little brother.
  • He had four brass rings on each paw. Day 58 clarified the inscription as a blessing from Attabre to Trixus, with protector of the city, Salvation to his children, first of his name, and fifth of his kind referring to Trixus.
  • Day 58’s Attabre tower book identified Trixus as the sphinx or higher minion for tabaxi, alongside Anadreste for dragons, Benu for elves, Garadule for the Dunnen humans, and Kokirem for dwarves.
