Summary
Lord Briarthorn is a mortal thorn-bearded elf who was found in a death-realm prison cell and later returned in an uncertain or possibly different body. He recognized Eliana, first through her appearance in the death realm and later through an inexplicable sense of her identity. Briarthorn remembered travelling to the moon with Lady Evalina Hartwall, Ennui, and Hannah Joy through a portal in Eliana’s mother’s house, but not why he was needed there. He also helped create the dangerous sentient No Hurt mushroom, and his memories of death, the moon journey, and his returned body remain fragmented.
