Wrath the black dragonborn, also identified as Kolin or Wrath/Kolin, is a member of The Hand and a Black Scales-linked contact. He has helped Xinquiss/Zinquiss hide the recovered underwater shield crystal, searched Black Scales contacts for Garadule, and offered memory assistance while fighting Peridita’s children. His relationship with Infestus remains unclear. This Wrath is entirely separate from Wrath, Removed Elven Emotion, the entity living in Ruby Eye’s eye.

• On Day 55, Wrath appeared as a black dragonborn fighting green dragons or Peridita’s children, described basilisk coal at Coalmount Rally as a way to teleport to Infestus, and offered or gave memory assistance.
• On Day 21, Wrath was explicitly described as a black dragonborn at Pier 12 with Zinquiss and the underwater shield-crystal mission force; his middle name was recorded as Kolin, and the party asked him to look for Garadule’s location when he got to the Black Scales.
• Day 26 Hand context identifies Wrath/Kolin as a member of The Hand.
