place
Goldenswell
Summary
Goldenswell is a mapped city east of Hartwall and Stronghedge, previously known as Goldenfields. Its militia house formed part of an off-the-books prison network that held captives from across the region and used memory grubs to suppress what they knew. The city became closely tied to Lady Thorpe’s impersonation, abduction, and rescue, as well as wider political and military instability: its Earl later withdrew his armies and left Hartwall unsupported while the city remained unsettled after the kidnappings.
