Baytail Accord
Summary
Baytail Accord is a mapped coastal town south of Freeport and west of Fishtail Edge, previously known as Newbay on Browning’s pre-Dome map. It is a major merfolk and Pact meeting place, with a hatchery and a temple partly in the sea. The town was attacked during the Baytail Accord crisis by The Mother, Betrayer and Garadule, but the party freed the trapped void elemental, defeated the Mother, helped save the merfolk, and became known as the Saviours of the Pact. The town also witnessed the first merfolk birth in twenty years, making it central to the Pact’s concerns about births, curses, and life beyond the Barrier.
